Boyum Barenscheer’s Randy Feld and Scott Schneidermann will be featured speakers at the Minnesota Subcontractors Association’s “Succession: Leadership, Life Insurance, and Ownership Alternatives”. This event will cover the following topics of succession planning:

  • Leadership Transition: Thoughtful family and employee leadership transition takes time, and with the
    proper planning you will accomplish it.
  • Life Insurance: Insurance products can be a very useful financial tool in business transition, but
    planning ahead is key.
  • Ownership Alternatives: Internal/employee ownership alternatives including those best suited for
    construction companies.
